Qoya & Vision Board Workshop for Women

As we embark on 2019, have you had a chance to slow down and feel into how you would like your new year to look? What are your dreams, goals or hopes for 2019?

It can feel challenging to do this type of dreaming because the busy-ness of life can get in the way, fear creeps in or we simply don’t know how to begin. I invite you to break free of these challenges and gather to reflect on the old and prepare for the possible.

A vision board is a tool to help clarify, focus or manifest something you want – an intention, a dream, a goal or a hope. Using magazine clippings, other visuals and craft supplies, each participant will collage a vision board to take home.

QOYA is a movement practice created by Rochelle Schieck that brings together yoga, sacred movement, dance, breathwork, meditation, community, ritual, ceremony and more. In a QOYA class we explore the idea that there is no way you can do it wrong and “if it feels good, then you’re doing it right”.

This first Qoya class of the year will be a little different and a little longer than usual – combining a Qoya class and a Vision Board workshop. We will come together to take the time to celebrate our dreams, get clear about our intentions and visualise what could be. Imagine the possibilities!
