QOYA – The new mix of classes is great for me, the yoga combined with the dance is something I really enjoy. I have to say it took me outside of my comfort zone to start with but having such a great teacher and a lovely group of ladies in the class I find I really look forward to the next fortnight when we meet again. The classes make me feel refreshed and ready to take on the rest of my busy week, thank you so much Felicity for continuing with your classes & sharing something new with us. ~ M.M

QOYA – Women’s yoga with Felicity is a totally amazing experience, each session is centered around an aspect of a woman’s emotional or spiritual realms. Felicity is incredibly nurturing and caring when guiding us through the moves each time which are a mix of yoga, dance and looking inwards for our own personal strengths. I’ve been at Felicity’s classes for a year now and I really can’t thank her enough. Apart from being an amazing teacher, funny and understanding, she has helped me manage my stress levels brilliantly. I’ve been able to cope with a very stressful year with a smile on my face and a bounce in my step. And an unforseen bonus was helping my husband too with the meditation techniques she has been teaching in class. Always enjoy my cuddles from George too before class ha ha. I have recently started yoga with Felicity as a complete beginner. I have been gently guided in each class and I’m really beginning to feel the lovely benefits from practicing yoga. Having health issues I was worried that I would be able to practice yoga but the benefits to my health and the gentle and professional guidance in each class has given me great confidence both physically and psychologically. I would say give yoga a go, you may be very surprised. The studio is lovely and Felicity, her husband Mike and the lovely pug George make you feel so welcome. Love Satmya Yoga! Felicity is a wonderful teacher with a perfect mix of friendly & professional and the classes are always a great workout while still being fun & not too serious. Love the location with views of the Kaipara Harbour bringing fresh energy to every class. For anyone who’s just starting out she’s great and I finally understand the reason and correct way to do downward-facing dog (I’m a relative beginner) but she’s clearly a pro and would suit those more experienced too. City is the perfect yoga instructor: she’s completely knowledgeable so it is easy to trust her teaching, she is extremely encouraging and welcoming of yogis of all abilities, and she cares about the general well-being of all her students. I can’t think of another person I’d rather do yoga with. I have been going to her classes for a year now, and I always come away refreshed and energised. – Rachel
