  • Join us for a full term or attend casually when you can.
  • Casuals: please let Michael know if you’re coming to a class via txt (021 027 85550) so we have an idea of numbers. If we don’t hear from you we’ll assume you wont be there that night :-)
  • Prepaid Students: please let Michael know if you cant make a class via txt (021 027 85550) so we can pass your spot on to a casual or a student needing to make up a missed class.
  • Life happens, so we are more than happy for prepaid students to make up any missed classes by attending another class on other days during the term, provided there is a spot free.
  • If you can’t make a class, it can be a great chance the following week to attend 2 classes. Many students find attending yoga twice a week improves their practice, progress and energy/stress levels.
  • Missed classes need to be made up during the current term and unfortunately cannot be transferred to the next term and no refunds will be given. Missed classes due to serious health issues or injury can be transferred to the next term on a case by case basis. Thank you for your kind understanding.
  • New students will be sent an information sheet with more details on what to bring, what to wear etc. You can view our New To Yoga page with information for new students along with our FAQ which covers most questions we are asked.
  • Mats, blankets and cushions are all provided. You are more than welcome to bring your own mat.
