Overseas Sales Manager

Responsible for overseeing the company's sales operations in overseas markets, including the development of sales plans, strategies, and objectives, to ensure the achievement of company sales targets. Responsible for expanding and managing sales channels, establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with clients, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Leads the sales team to drive sales growth and ensure the company's sales performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the Japanese and Korean markets to ensure sales objectives are met.

- Expand sales channels, establish and manage sales channels to ensure transparency and effectiveness.

- Develop sales partnerships, establish long-term cooperative relationships, and regularly evaluate and optimize them.

- Guide and manage the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales objectives, improve team efficiency, and performance.

- Regularly report sales data and situations, provide sales information and insights to support decision-making.

- Participate in sales project bidding, benchmark competitors, and strive for more sales opportunities.

 

 

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with a background in marketing, sales management, or project management. Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in the Japanese and Korean markets, with a preference for those with successful cases.

- Familiar with local market conditions and customer needs, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.

Familiar with sales channels, with strong channel expansion and management capabilities.

- Possesses excellent team management skills, able to proficiently utilize various incentive mechanisms and methods.
